Once again, the Master’s Program in Colon Proctology is back. This educational course, established through the collaboration between Sapi Med and the ColoProctology Unit of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, represents a significant training opportunity for doctors and specialists. This edition is even more prestigious thanks to the sponsorship of Vita-Salute San Raffaele University and the presence of an outstanding scientific committee coordinated by three highly esteemed Scientific Faculty:
- Dr. Alberto Giori, General Surgeon and Proctologist at the ColoProctology and Pelvic Floor Surgery Unit of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, a pioneer in the use of non-expanded mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of complex proctological disorders.
- Prof. Pierpaolo Sileri, Head of the Colorectal Surgery Unit at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan and Full Professor of General Surgery at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, an expert in oncological, inflammatory, and functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
- Dr. Angelo Stuto, Head of the ColoProctology and Pelvic Floor Surgery Unit at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato in Milan, renowned for an innovative and integrated approach to the management of proctological and pelvic floor dysfunctions, with a growing international reputation.
The course includes lectures, operating room attendance, and hands-on experience in outpatient activities. Topics covered during the course span a wide range of essential subjects for advanced proctological practice, with sessions on Regenerative Therapy for complex proctological conditions.
